How do I place a custom mug order?

Placing a custom order is easy! Simply select the 'Customize' option on the product page, upload your design or enter your text, and proceed to checkout.

If you don't see the 'Customize' option, this means we will customize it for you. You will have the possibility to upload your photo and select the options. Proceed to checkout. We will be in touch with you via email to provide the preview for approval! Keep an eye on your inbox :)

Can I preview my custom design before it's finalized?

Yes, you will be able to see the live preview when you customize your mug.

If we have to customize it for you, we will send a preview via email it to you for approval before we proceed with the production.

Are there any restrictions on what I can include in my custom design?

We strive to accommodate all designs, but we cannot accept copyrighted material or offensive content. If there are any issues with your design, our team will reach out to discuss alternatives.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Production takes 2-3 business days.

Shipping times vary depending on your location but typically range from 3-5 business days.

Custom orders may require additional production time.

What is your return policy?

Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns.

However, if your product is damaged or incorrect upon arrival, please contact us for a free reprint or refund.

My order arrived damaged, what should I do?

Please send a photo of the damaged item along with your order number to buttermugstore@gmail.com.

We'll arrange for a reprint or refund ASAP.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can be canceled or changed within 2 hours of placement. Please email us or contact us via Live Chat immediately if you need to make any changes.

If we are customizing the mug for you, you can of course cancel it if you did not approve it yet :)

Are your mugs dishwasher and microwave safe?

Yes, all our coffee mugs are designed to be durable and are both dishwasher and microwave safe, ensuring convenience and longevity.
