Can I have a preview before buying?

Sure. Just contact us via Live chat, or drop us an email at buttermugstore@gmail.com. We will provide you with a preview of the mug, and then you are free to purchase or not.

What if my mug arrives damaged?

We offer a full Reprint free of charge, or Refund. We want to make sure you are 100% satisfied. 

We just ask for a photo of the mug so we can identify the issue.

Can I change the design after I placed the order?

Of course. We will be in communication via email. Before sending it to production, we can do all the needed adjustments, lilke changing text, photos, font, and much more.

Can I change anything once I approve the preview?

Unfortunately not. Once you approve the design and preview via email, we send it directly to production and the order cannot be change as it's personalized and in a fully automated production flow.
